What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :
Upon first impression, it looked like a star but upon closer inspect I realised that the "star" had never been in that particular point in the sky before. I spend a lot of time looking out of the back door at the sky and I have never seen this "star" before. It was brighter than any other object in the sky.
Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :
No, it was stationary, unlike a plane which obviously moves and has coloured flashing lights under it.
